Because the surface is unstable, your CORE, GLUTES and stabilising muscles have to switch on more to keep you balanced. LOVE 🩷

It's also LOWER impact on your joints.

About us

Our Story

BeachFit was born in 2024 when three local pilates instructors joined forces. Pilates is at the heart of BeachFit. It's our first love and what makes us unique.

Based in Bournemouth and Poole we are blessed with the most beautiful beaches so we thought why not turn this into our studio.

All our classes are totally different but still offer the same upbeat, fun and inclusive vibe. From yoga, strength to barre, there's something for everyone. Our classes are set at times where the beach scenery is that it’s finest; sunset & mornings so you can soak up all the magic with us!!! And who knows maybe even a cheeky sea dip!

We're on a mission to get you moving in a way that makes you feel incredible, whilst making the most of our stunning coastline.

We're vibey, fun and a welcoming community that we’d love you to be part of.
